Abstract
In diesem Beitrag soll die Praxis und Entwicklung der Evaluierung von Forschung und Entwicklung und damit zusammenhängenden Tätigkeiten in den Programmen der Europäischen Kommission und die allgemein verfügbaren Methoden beschrieben werden, bevor die Anwendbarkeit dieser Ansätze auf die japanische Situation beurteilt wird.
Abstract (english)
This paper aims to describe the practice and development of evaluation of research and development and related activities in the programmes of the European Commission and the methods available more generally before concluding by assessing the applicability of these approaches to the Japanese situation.
