Abstract
Evaluierungssysteme haben zum Ziel, unterschiedliche Evaluierungsschritte auf Programm- und Projektebene zu strukturieren, sie zusammenzuführen, zu optimieren und zu systematisieren und einen Bezug zu Monitoring und Reporting herzustellen. In Evaluierungssystemen werden Gegenstand (Programm, Projekt, Politik), Phasen (ex ante, interim, expost), als auch Inhalte (Konzept-, Design, Prozess- und Wirkungsevaluierung) aufeinander abgestimmt und operationalisiert. Anhand des Evaluierungssystems des österreichischen Spin-off Projektes AplusB wird die Implementierung eines solchen Systems illustriert.
Abstract (english)
Evaluation systems aim to structure different evaluation steps at programme and project levels, to combine them, to optimize and systematize them, and to establish a connection with monitoring and reporting. In evaluation systems, the subject (programme, project, policy), phases (ex ante, interim, ex post), as well as content (concept, design, process and effect evaluation) are coordinated and operationalized. The implementation of such a system is illustrated by the evaluation system of the Austrian spin-off project AplusB.
