Abstract
Dieses Handbuch ist das Ergebnis eines zweijährigen Informationsaustausches unter erfahrenen FTEI-Programmleitern und Komplementärorganisationen. Es versucht, gute Beispiele zu kodifizieren, die in 16 RTDI-Programmen beobachtet wurden. 10 Programme wurden in den Workshops des MAP Thematic Network (MAP-TN) ausführlich diskutiert, 6 weitere wurden im Rahmen des STRATA-Projekts StarMAP untersucht. Die ausgewählten RTDI-Programme können als Multi-Actor-Multi-Measure-Programme mit Schwerpunkt auf Kooperation zwischen Wissenschaft und Industrie klassifiziert werden. Trotzdem wurde eine Vielzahl von Merkmalen und Managementpraktiken beobachtet, je nach dem nationalen Innovationssystem im jeweiligen Land (insbesondere der institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen) und den angesprochenen Problemen. Allerdings gibt es Gemeinsamkeiten, die sich in den Grenzen bestimmter Frames und Bedingungen weit verbreitet und erfolgreich erwiesen haben.
Abstract (english)
This handbook is the result of a two years information exchange amongst experienced RTDI programme managers and complementary organisations. It tries to codify good practices that were observed in 16 RTDI programmes. 10 programmes were discussed in depth in workshops of the MAP Thematic Network (MAP-TN), 6 other programmes were studied within the STRATA project StarMAP. The RTDI programmes selected may be classified as Multi Actor Multi Measure programmes a focus on cooperation between science and industry. Nevertheless a huge variety of features and management practices was observed, depending both on the National Innovation System in the respective country (especially the institutional setting) and on the problems addressed. However there are communalities that turned out to be used widely and successfully within the limits of certain frames and conditions.
