Abstract
Der Evaluierungsbericht stellt die abschließende Einschätzung des uni:invent Programms dar. Die empirische Analyse umfasst die gesamte Programmlaufzeit. Die Evaluierung betont die positive Wirkung, welche das Programm auf die Etablierung einer nachhaltigen IPR-Kultur an den Universitäten sowie den Aufbau effizienter Verwertungsstrukturen hatte. Da die Effekte der Nutzung von IPRs an den Universitäten langfristig orientiert sind, wird eine weitere Unterstützung seitens der öffentlichen Hand empfohlen. Die Grundstrukturen einer Neuausrichtung werden abschließend aufgezeigt.
Abstract (english)
The evaluation report is the final assessment of the uni: invent programme and its empirical analysis covers the entire programme runtime. The evaluation emphasizes the positive impact that the programme has had on the establishment of a sustainable IPR culture (Intellectual Property Rights) at the universities as well as the development of efficient exploitation structures. Since the effects of the use of IPRs at universities are long-term oriented, further support by the public authorities is recommended. The fundamental structures of a programme realignment are finally presented.
