Abstract

Abstract (english)

The aim of the EvinA project was to critically evaluate and methodically develop the evaluation practice in the core research areas of InTeReg, namely the structure, technology and labor market policy. The results of the comparative analyses - on methodology, quantification, objectives and criteria - are summarized in this report. However, the objective of this final report was not only to document the gain in knowledge, but - as far as possible - to draw conclusions for the evaluation practice in a guide-like form. Target groups of such an outcome are evaluators who are striving for further methodical development of their approaches, but also project promoters, programme managers and the public sector that publishes evaluations and implements evaluation results.
