Abstract
Ziel dieses Dokuments ist es, die MitarbeiterInnen des ZSI über die wichtigsten Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit dem Einsatz von KI für die Arbeit am ZSI zu informieren, einschließlich relevanter Begriffe und Konzepte, rechtlicher und regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen sowie einer Reihe von Überlegungen für einen verantwortungsvollen und effektiven Einsatz von KI. Darüber hinaus werden Handlungsempfehlungen für das ZSI gegeben, wie KI-Tools in Zukunft effektiv und verantwortungsvoll eingesetzt werden können. Das Dokument schließt mit einer ersten Reihe potenzieller Anwendungsfälle, die als Grundlage für eine wachsende kollaborative Sammlung dienen könnten, um die ZSI-Mitarbeiter bei ihrer Arbeit mit KI anzuleiten.
Da die technologischen Möglichkeiten und der regulatorische Rahmen rund um KI zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung dieses Dokuments (Juli 2024) noch sehr im Fluss sind, muss es als vorläufig betrachtet werden. Die ZSI ist bestrebt, sich weiterhin aktiv und kritisch mit neuen und sich entwickelnden Technologien auseinanderzusetzen, um sie auf verantwortungsvolle Weise in ihre Arbeitsabläufe zu integrieren.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this document is to inform ZSI staff on key aspects relating to the use of AI for work at ZSI, including relevant terms and concepts, legal and regulatory frameworks, and a range of considerations for a responsible and effective use of AI. Moreover, it puts forward a course of action for ZSI in how to integrate AI tools effectively and responsibly in the future. The document closes with an initial set of potential use cases that could serve as a basis for a growing collaborative collection to guide ZSI staff in their work with AI. Since the technological possibilities and regulatory framework surrounding AI is very much in flux at the point of the publication of this document (July 2024), it must be seen as preliminary. ZSI is committed to continuing its active and critical engagement with new and developing technologies to integrate them in a responsible manner into its workflows.
