Abstract
Dieser Bericht fasst die Ergebnisse der Evaluierung der Strategischen Zentren für Wissenschaft, Technologie und Innovation (SHOKs) zusammen. Die SHOKs sind in den letzten fünf Jahren zu einem der wichtigsten Instrumente der finnischen Innovationspolitik geworden und damit eines ihrer "Flaggschiff"-Programme. Die Berichte der Empfehlungen schlagen eine Reihe von Verbesserungen und Präzisierungen vor, die meisten speziell in Auswahlprozessen, Governance und Monitoring.
Abstract (english)
This report summarises the results of the evaluation of the Strategic Centres for Science, Technology and Innovation (SHOKs). The SHOKs have, in the last five years, become one of the main instruments of Finnish innovation policy and one of its "flagship" programmes. The reports's recommendations propose a number of improvements and clarifications, most specifically in selection processes, governance and monitoring.
