Abstract
Das Bundesministerium für Wissenschaft und Verkehr beauftragte Ende 1999 die Evaluierung des ITF-Forschungs- und Technologieschwerpunkts „Flexible Automation in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben (Flex-CIM)“. Das Flex-CIM-Programm (Laufzeit 1991 bis 1996) war eines der finanziell bedeutendsten Programme des ITF-Innovations- und Technologiefonds in den neunziger Jahren. Ziel der Evaluierung war eine Wirkungsanalyse, welche die Fragen klären solle, ob die eingesetzten Förderinstrumente zur Überwindung der Einführungsbarrieren in den teilnehmenden Betrieben beigetragen haben, in welchem Ausmaß das Programm zu einer Beschleunigung der Technologieadoption bei den Programmteilnehmern geführt hat und ob das Programm mit positiven ökonomischen Effekten verbunden war.
Abstract (english)
At the end of 1999, the Federal Ministry of Science and Transport commissioned the evaluation of the ITF research and technology focus "Flexible Automation in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Flex-CIM)". The Flex CIM programme (running time 1991 to 1996) was one of the most financially important programmes of the ITF innovation and technology fund in the nineties. The aim of the evaluation was to analyse the impact of the use of the subsidy instruments to overcome the barriers to entry in the participating companies, to which extent the programme has accelerated the technology accessibility of the programme participants, and whether the programme has brought positive economic effects.
